2026 400 gallon Stainless Chiller Pump Tank System, 5 & 10 hp Pumps

All pump tank decks from KIG are built to order and designed to customers specifications. This 400 gallon tank system is typical of what we might have made to work with a new JCI / York chiller in the 40 to 100 ton range.

KIG (Keith Industrial Group Inc.) specializes in pre-owned and NEW air-cooled chillers for breweries, wineries, manufacturing, plating, plastics, and comfort cooling. We supply chillers from 1 ton to 350 tons and offer Pump Tank Systems and Decks to complement our chiller packages.

This 400-gallon pump tank system is suitable for air-cooled process chillers in the 30–80 ton range. It includes a 5 HP chiller loop pump, a 10 HP process loop pump, and two extra flanged ports for optional backup or standby pumps (one on the cold side and one on the warm side). The tank includes an internal divider baffle designed using good engineering practice.

Smaller and larger tank systems are available up to 2,000 gallons, including plastic tank options. This system uses Scot Pumps, and KIG is an authorized distributor.
