KIG Economy Pump Tank Decks

To save cost and reduce lead time as compared to our Premium Pump Tank Decks which often have a stainless steel tank, upgraded controls, and all steel hardware, KIG also offer our “Economy” style which uses a poly tank, schedule 80 valves and components, and simpler motor start/control console.  It is still mounted on a nice steel platform. We can make this in any size from 200 gallon and up.   The example shown is a 2100 gallon size with 3 pumps (chiller pump, process pump, and standby) and has been installed recently to work with a new JCI/York 220 ton chiller.   KIG recommends tank sizes of 6 to 10 gallons per ton for process cooling.
